How many times has your carrier left you hanging? When you make that call do you get an uneasy feeling it may not go well?. Why not go through the same approval and vetting process you do when buying a used car. Most will get a carfax report and maybe call a prior owner, just to see how it was maintained and taken care of. Do the same when carrier shopping. They all have stats that make them seem like no one can beat them. Call some customers they already do business with. Talk to the people in the back that use that carrier are they doing what they say they do?. You may save yourself some sleepless nights.
